Drake is Next

Who's Drake? He's that next dude to blow is who he is in my opinion. And I'm not alone in this.
All you Degrassi TNG lovers out there [like myself] may know him as Jimmy Brooks..or some like to call him Wheelchair Jimmy. Now, Wheelchair Jimmy has spit verses on the show before and he's pretty good. He created "Drake" for his non-Degrassi hip-hop career. His name is Aubrey Drake Graham..so that's where that comes from by the way.
Drake has been dropping some heat as of late. He has come out with a couple of mixtapes.."The Comeback Season" being one that gets talked about most frequently.
He most recently dropped his "Swagger Like Us" freestyle [yeah I know, who hasn't?] and it's fire.

Another of my favs from him is an R&B song called "Brand New" [yes he can sing too]. Just listen to that song and tell me you don't feel it.

This is a 'girl version/response' to it here and it's my favorite out of the ones that have been done on Youtube. This girl can sing [I've viewed her other videos and her voice is really nice] and she wrote really good lyrics in my opinion. I sing along with her, lol.

If you haven't heard of him already, just look out for this dude is all I'm saying. Don't let the Degrassi/Canadian factor stop you, lol.

Subway Chicken Pizziola

Ok so why is this sandwich so damn good?!??
lol seriously I tried it yesterday and now it's my new sandwich. I wish I could've found a pic of it to post here but no luck. Basically it's a sandwich with chicken, marinara sauce & whatever cheese you want, toasted. Then of course you can add whatever else you want on top of that. I added oregano and tomatoes and the cheese I chose was provolone. A foot-long of this deliciousness for $5.....No my friends,I did not lose at all.
I'm hungry now. :(

Supernatural Season 4-I'm going to catch up online. You can too. :)

Dealing with all the nonsense of my current apartment complex and their stupidity [I CANNOT WAIT to leave!] and just other factors in my life made me forget that the fourth season of one my favorite shows, Supernatural, had begun. I've missed 3 episodes so far. Three times to check out the Winchester boys in action against demons, hell, mayhem and foolishness...oh wait those last two are Niecy Nash.

So you say you have never seen the show before? Shame on you. It's ok though, because you can catch up the way I'm about to catch as soon as I finish writing this post. You can watch episodes for free online:

Try any of these here

Some episodes here

CW Supernatural player here

Enjoy.

Some pics from the 1st episode of season 4.

Tina Fey as Sarah Palin on SNL

In case you missed it [like I did], Tina Fey did a very funny impersonation of Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin last night. Tina, along with Amy Poehler who played Hilary Clinton, opened up the show with an address about sexism in the Presidential campaign.

I'm an EHow-er now

I'm officially an EHow writer now and I'm pretty excited about it. I mean I know I won't be making millions of dollars but it's a fun way to bring in a bit of money here and there and to write how-to's on things I'm interested in.

The way EHow works is you just sign up to be a writer and basically start writing how-to's. You get paid by PayPal as soon as you earn $10 and more, which is great in my opinion. Also the site itself is very easy to use. There is an article 'wizard' that takes you through all the steps of writing the article as you're writing it.
As far as payment, it's all pretty vague but I know you get paid per article and what you receive is determined by some combination of page views and the category it's in and possibly popularity. I'm sure there are other factors too, I'm still learning.

Here is my first EHow article: *Clicky-clicky*

There are other sites online that I've been researching and looking into submitting for.
The sites I know of so far are

- Associated Content

- Constant Content

- Daily Article

I'm sure there are more but I'm still researching.

I do know that Associated Content and Constant Content both offer the options of Exclusive, Non Exclusive, and Display rights whereas Daily Article does not. When you sell your writing with them you give up all rights.
That doesn't have to be a bad thing depending on the person and the type of article being sold...but I'm sure most writers want to keep the rights to their work. It's nice to use the same piece of work over and over again to make money. :)

As of now, I will just be EHow-ing it and seeing how that works for me. I've heard good things about them and it seems most people are happy working with them. Sounds good to me.
